I come from Thessaloniki, Greece. I am a graduate of the Department of Psychology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. I hold a Master's degree in Health Psychology from the University of Leeds, UK. I am trained in Systemic Psychotherapy at the Center for Systemic Study and Therapy (Ke.S.Me.Th.), a training program certified by the European Family Therapy Association (EFTA).
During my professional career, I have had the privilege of working with adults and children across a variety of clinical and community settings in both the UK and Greece.
